For more than 25 years, Steve Mueller has provided the executive leadership and vision that has enabled Survalent to become the most trusted provider of advanced distribution management solutions. As a result of his drive, and relentless focus on execution and customer satisfaction, Survalent has grown its global presence and today serves more than 700+ utilities in 40 countries.
Mr. Mueller has spent more than three decades building a broad base of expertise in software and hardware solution delivery to the electric utility, food, chemical, coatings, and drug industries. He has held progressively responsible roles in project planning, implementation, customer success, and executive leadership with leading technology companies, including G&W Canada and Datalogix Formula Systems.
He continues to share his experience and expertise with other firms through membership on the G&W Electric and BioConnect advisory boards.
Mr. Mueller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.

Ms. Dhami is Survalent’s Chief Operating Officer responsible for global finance and operations. She oversees the financial management of the company, and is responsible for streamlining operations to maximize profits.
She started her career in 1984 at Survalent’s sister company, G&W Electric, as a costing clerk. She worked her way up to Finance Manager before taking on responsibility for the acquisition of Joslyn Power Products, Dacscan, and Quindar Products. In 1997, Ms. Dhami became Dacscan’s VP of Operations, managing plant and office operations including finance, quality assurance, and engineering. She assumed her current role in 1999 when Dacscan merged with Quindar and became known as Survalent.
Ms. Dhami is a member of the Survalent board and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Punjab University, and a business administration diploma with major in finance from Sheridan college.

As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Ngo is responsible for delivering the company’s technology, product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Prior to joining Survalent, Mr. Ngo served as President & CEO at Kinetics Solutions where he oversaw the company’s vision and strategy, product commercialization, strategic partnerships, and operations. He also held leadership positions in the power management and advanced magnetics manufacturing industry for Kinectrics Inc., and Honeywell international Inc.
Mr. Ngo holds an Executive Master of Business Administration, Marketing/Finance from Columbia University. He also holds both a Master of Science, Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Mr. Hasan brings 17 years of power industry experience as a utility grid transformation expert to the role of Chief Revenue Officer. He consistently demonstrates the role of technology in grid transformation, understanding utility pain points, helping him strategize sales goals for utilities around the world. He places a special focus on showing how these technology disruptions can help utilities better serve their customers while moving towards a carbon-neutral future.
He has previously held the roles of Member of the Board of Advisors and General Manager of Global Energy Technologies; General Manager of renewable energy solutions company AMT; and was the founder and director of North Star Energy, in addition to various roles and ranks within Survalent.
Mr. Hasan earned his MBA from Ted Rogers School of Management and has a Bachelor of Sciences (Specialized Honors) in Computer Science from York University.
Ian MacCuaig

Executive Vice President of Customer Success & Solutions
Ian MacCuaig leads the Survalent customer success team with a primary focus on ensuring that every Survalent customer is generating value from the company’s software solutions and services.
A 30-year industry veteran, Mr. MacCuaig has held leadership roles in customer services, project management and project delivery at numerous high profile firms including GE Digital Energy, SNC-Lavalin, and CAE Electronics. He has a successful track record in managing large, complex projects and has worked with some of the world’s largest electric utilities including Hydro-Quebec, ENERGEX, Powerlink Queensland, AVANGRID, National Grid, Pacific Gas and Electric, and Taiwan Power.
He graduated from Concordia University with an honours Bachelor of Computer Science, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).

As Vice President of Software Development, Mr. Wolf leads the design and development for all software applications within Survalent’s integrated platform. This includes SCADA, Outage Management System (OMS), Distribution Management System (DMS), data integration projects, and Geographic Information System (GIS) solutions.
Mr. Wolf joins Survalent from Geosoft Inc. where he gained extensive expertise in geographic/geospatial systems and all aspects of delivering specialized software to complex markets. At Geosoft, Mr. Wolf held roles in software development, support, testing, project management and, most recently, the role of Vice President, Research and Development. Mr. Wolf is particularly focused on promoting inter-team collaboration, building and scaling development teams to solve business needs, instilling the customer voice in projects, ensuring transparent information flow, and delivering high-quality software applications to end users.
Mr. Wolf holds a Bachelor of Science from Lakehead University and a diploma in Geographic Information Systems from Fleming College.

As Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Nord leads the software development for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), graphical user interface (GUI), and human-machine interface (HMI). His focus includes Survalent Explorer and the core functionality of SmartVU, as well as SCADA customization for customers.
Prior to joining Survalent, he worked on major postal plant automation at Multiple Access Computer Group and helped develop the SCADA system at Scarborough Hydro. As a key stakeholder, he managed the software through multiple companies (Canada Systems Group, Quindar Products) before becoming a Vice President and shareholder of Quindar in 1993.
Mr. Nord holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan, and took PhD level courses in psychology at McMaster University.

As Vice President of Marketing, Debbie Gallo sets the strategy and leads the execution of Survalent’s marketing initiatives, creative development, promotions, events, and website.
Ms. Gallo guides her team in creating and delivering new strategies, programs, and content to increase customer engagement, grow revenue, and maximize awareness of Survalent’s solutions and services.
A 20-year veteran of the marketing industry, Ms. Gallo began her career in marketing communications. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and the Advanced Marketing Leadership certificate from Kellogg-Northwestern University.

As Vice President of Human Resources at Survalent, Sue Sahota plays a pivotal role fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture. With a passion for people and a strategic approach to HR Management, Sue brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the executive team.
Sue brings with her over 15 years of leadership experience working in various industries including legal, transportation, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical. Additionally, Sue also spent some time working with Survalent’s sister company, G&W Electric where she supported the HR initiatives of its operational leadership.
Sue holds a Bachelor of Honors from the University of Toronto, majoring in Industrial Relations and minoring in Criminology. Additionally, she holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies.
